What is Dress Me Studio Pty Ltd?

Dress Me Studio Pty Ltd is a women's clothing hire business offering memberships & one-time hires. Members receive access to a wide variety of outfits for hire, discounted prices, and exclusive partner store discounts.

How does the membership work?

We offer various membership tiers, each giving you monthly rental credits that can be viewed in your member account. As long as you have available rental credits, all items will be free to book. Once your credits are used up, you can still enjoy a discounted rate on additional hires, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

How can I keep up to date with new offers and discounts?

After signing up, you will be added to our mailing list and receive access to your Dress Me Studio member portal. From the portal, you can access partner discounts, update your details, and stay updated on special offers and trade promotions.

Can I Change My Membership Plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by contacting us. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I Cancel my Membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting us.

Do I need to be over 18 to become a member?

Yes, members must be 18 years or older. However, you can still hire outfits if you are under 18, but membership is restricted to adults.

Renting Process

How do I hire an outfit?

You can hire an outfit either online through our website or by visiting our store in person. You can choose to have outfits delivered or pick them up directly from the store.

Do I have to be a member to hire an outfit?

No, you don’t need to be a member to hire an outfit. We offer one-time hires, but these do not include access to partner store discounts, or the free included hire rates. As a non-member, you will pay the price as marked when browsing.

How long can I keep an outfit?

The standard rental period is 72 hours unless otherwise specified. Late returns may incur additional fees.

What happens if I return an outfit late?

A late fee of $20 per day will be charged for any late returns. The fee may increase based on the value of the item and if it affects future bookings.

Try-Ons

Can I try on the clothes before renting?

Yes! We offer free try-on sessions in-store so you can find the perfect fit before renting. Simply book an appointment for a fitting.

What happens if I miss my try-on appointment?

While try-ons are free to book, we ask that you notify us if you cannot make your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or the imposition of a booking fee to secure future appointments.

Shipping & Returns

How is shipping handled?

We use third-party postal service for deliveries across Australia. Alternatively, you can pick up your hired outfit from our store.

How do I return an outfit?

You can return the outfit using the prepaid satchel provided or drop it off at our store. Please retain the postage receipt as proof of return in case of any issues.

What if the outfit doesn’t fit or arrives damaged?

All items are quality controlled prior to shipping.

However if the outfit arrives damaged or doesn’t fit, contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and our terms.

Payment & Cancellation

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal for all membership and hire payments.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds are not provided for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with the service or product, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Partner Store Discounts

How do I access partner store discounts?

As a member, you can log in to your account to view the available discounts from our partner stores. Each store may have its own specific discount code or requirements.

Are the discounts offered by partner stores available in-store or online?

Discounts from our partner stores may be available both online and in-store. Each partner has different requirements, such as using discount codes for online purchases or showing your membership in-store. Details for each partner can be found on the partner store discounts page (visible to members only).
